SkillBridge lets transitioning service members train with an approved industry partner during their last months in uniform — while still on active duty. TCT Holdings is developing relationships with approved SkillBridge organizations and employers interested in supporting transitioning service members.
This is general program information. For current eligibility rules and the official list of approved organizations, visit the official DoD SkillBridge website. TCT Holdings' own SkillBridge relationships will be published here as they're confirmed — not before.
TCT Holdings is not an approved DoD SkillBridge provider and does not independently place service members into SkillBridge opportunities. TCT Holdings is developing relationships with approved SkillBridge organizations and employers interested in supporting transitioning service members. As those relationships are confirmed, TCT Holdings will help candidates understand potential pathways and connect with appropriate approved opportunities — including in the mission-critical and high-demand industry roles that are its initial focus.
Helping candidates understand the 180-day window and unit commander approval process, and pointing to the official program for confirmation.
Framing military experience in terms an approved SkillBridge organization or host employer recognizes.
Developing relationships with approved organizations and prospective host employers as this pathway grows.
TCT Holdings is seeking employers interested in eventually hosting transitioning service members through SkillBridge. Register your interest below — we're building this relationship by relationship, not operating an established placement pipeline yet.
SkillBridge participants continue receiving military pay and benefits during an approved program, so the host organization does not pay the participant's wages or military benefits. Host organizations may still devote staff time and resources to supervision, training, onboarding, and program administration. This is separate from any consulting, recruiting, or event services TCT Holdings may separately offer employers.
SkillBridge is designed as a structured, low-risk way to assess fit with a candidate before extending an offer.
TCT Holdings is developing the relationships and process to make candidate introductions — this is a growing capability, not an established operation.
